High-Efficiency Class-E PA with Dual-Resonant Topology for 6.78 MHz Wireless Power Transfer

摘要

In recent years, wireless power transmission has become a hot research topic, and it has been applied in various fields [1–3]. Most of the current research focuses on the optimization of UAV body structure and the optimization of coil body and arrangement of wireless power transmission system. There are not many studies on power supply of wireless power transmission system [4–6]. This paper constructs a series capacitor E2 wireless power transmission system design model through theoretical derivation, Its core innovation lies in the use of series capacitor and parallel resonant network composed of third harmonic suppression network. After applied to the UAV wireless charging scene, it can effectively reduce the interference of wireless power transmission system to UAV control system and power device loss and temperature rise, and improve system efficiency [7]. ADS and PSIM simulation verify that the third harmonic content is greatly reduced compared with the traditional series resonance network, the system additional efficiency simulation curve shows that the peak efficiency reaches 90.162%, effectively enhancing harmonic suppression and efficiency improvement, providing a solution with high power density and low electromagnetic interference for UAV wireless charging, and having important engineering application value [8–10].
