Optimisation of Freight Railway Command and Control and Emergency Response Synergy
摘要
As a key component of the national comprehensive transport system, freight railway plays a significant role in the transport of materials, but faces the double pressure of transport demand growth and operational safety and security, which covers the risks of natural disasters, equipment failures, human errors and other risks, and the train command and scheduling of the existence of a slow response, the lack of coordination of emergency disposal and other issues. Based on the concept of transport operation management, this study analyses the technologies and deficiencies of emergency rescue support, train command and dispatch, and emergency response. The results show that the existing system needs to optimise the allocation of resources and improve the synergy efficiency. The study aims to build a scientific and efficient emergency management system, improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of freight railway operations, and provide support for economic and social development.
