Research on the Simulation of a New-Generation Train Control System Based on Agent Simulation
摘要
In the mountainous regions of western China, harsh environmental conditions substantially increase operational and maintenance challenges for train control systems. Traditional train control systems, which rely heavily on trackside equipment, are unable to meet the demand for high reliability at low maintenance costs. In order to streamline trackside equipment and improve train operation efficiency in western China, a New-Generation Train Control System (NTCS) has been developed, which differs from traditional train control systems. This paper focuses on the system structure and module functions of the NTCS. Based on multi-agent simulation theory, a multi-agent simulation model of the NTCS is established, including functional models of train agent, Radio Block Center (RBC) agent, and Temporary Speed Restriction Server (TSRS) agent. Through simulation of the interval tracking operation scenario in a certain section of the western region, the train operation curves for normal tracking scenarios and fault tracking scenarios with integrity loss were obtained. The results show that the multi-agent simulation method can effectively simulate the NTCS, which can handle fault scenarios with train integrity loss. The loss of integrity of the tracked train will cause the train to decelerate prematurely.
