摘要

This thesis focuses on the coal transshipment terminals of G Group in the Lower Yangtze River, deeply analyzes their operation modes, and optimizes the self-operation ratio through economic analysis of self-operation and socialized operation, combined with internal needs and external market factors. The study finds that the self-operation mode ensures transportation stability but incurs high costs, while the socialized operation mode reduces risks but faces cooperation challenges. Economic analysis shows that self-operated terminals have financial advantages. Based on this, a reasonable self-operation ratio range and dynamic adjustment strategies are proposed. Meanwhile, the development trend and suggestions for non-coal traffic are discussed, providing a scientific basis for the sustainable operation of the terminals.
