摘要

Horizontal wells in the edge bottom water reservoir of Dagang Oilfield account for nearly half of the total number of developed horizontal wells. Bottom water coning causes water flooding in oil wells, seriously affecting the development effectiveness of horizontal wells. Based on the principle of constant sum of fluid dynamic pressure and local pressure loss in Bernoulli equation, this study investigates the automatic adjustment of pressure drop caused by changes in viscosity and density of different fluids flowing through the device, designs an adaptive water control and oil stabilization tool, and conducts relevant indoor and field tests. Field tests have shown that through the application of this technology, the water content of oil wells has decreased from 98.4% to 96.7%, with a reduction of 1.7% in water content. At the same time, the oil production of oil wells has also increased from 1.55 to 2.57 t/d, achieving an increase of 1.02 t/d in oil production. The development of adaptive water control and oil stabilization technology has achieved full cycle autonomous water control from the early to late stages of production without intervention, improving the recovery rate of single wells and achieving the goal of water control and oil stabilization. The independent supply of technology has greatly reduced operating costs.
