摘要

With the increasing demand for automation and intelligence in drilling engineering, significant progress has been made in the research and development of intelligent drilling fluid mixing systems, and drilling fluid mixing technology is gradually developing towards automation and intelligence. This article introduces the current status and development trends of intelligent slurry mixing systems for drilling fluids at home and abroad. By introducing advanced automation control systems, precise measuring devices, and efficient bag breaking and cutting systems, the drilling fluid feeding process has achieved full automation from raw material transportation, cutting, weighing to mixing, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving operational efficiency, and also reducing environmental pollution and safety hazards. In the future, this technology will integrate advanced means such as big data, artificial intelligence, and automation control to achieve intelligent mixing of drilling fluids, which is of great significance for improving drilling efficiency, ensuring drilling safety, reducing production costs, and environmental pollution.
