Film-Forming Plugging Technology Applied to Reservoir Protection in Tangdong Exploration Wells

摘要

The Tangdong Block of Dagang Oilfield has complex strata, the main target layer is the East Third Section and Shahe Street Formation, the target layer is deeply buried, the reservoir section is long, and the damage mechanism between the reservoirs is very different, and the application of fine calcium carbonate and plugging agent for drilling fluid as reservoir protection technology leads to poor reservoir protection effect of exploration and evaluation wells in this area, the recovery value of core permeability is only 67.5%. According to the core sensitivity evaluation and casting thin section analysis results of Tangdong 9X6 well, a reservoir protection technology system for the drilling process of Tangdong exploration and evaluation well was constructed according to the potential damage factors. The protection system adopts film-forming plugging protection technology, cooperates with the application of single-well multi-layer/multi-point design method, and ensures the efficient implementation of technology through fine technology implementation management and lean real-time evaluation. In 9 wells, the film-forming plugging protection technology in this area was implemented, and the dynamic filtration loss of drilling fluid was reduced by 25.7%, and the permeability recovery value was increased by 13.1%. 5 wells have been put into operation, all of which have reached geological expectations, of which Tangdong 9X2 and Tangdong 9X5 wells have achieved high yield, and the initial daily output has reached 61.3t and 101.1t respectively, achieving good protection effects.
