摘要

In the oil testing work of exploration wells in the Sichuan Basin, the perforation acidizing and testing combined technology has been widely adopted. This technology not only shortens the oil testing cycle, enhances operation safety, and reduces testing costs, but also minimizes reservoir damage and lowers the occurrence of downhole complications. However, as exploration and development continue to advance vertically, deep and ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs have gradually become the main battlefield for the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. The harsh testing conditions in ultra-deep, high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-sulfur formations pose higher requirements and challenges for the perforation acidizing and testing combined technology. In response to the problems such as tubing breakage and tool failure that occurred during the field application of deep and ultra-deep perforation acidizing and testing combined technology, research on perforation detonation theory, shock absorption technology, and tubing structure optimization was carried out. These measures effectively reduced the occurrence of downhole complications during formation testing, improved the safety and success rate of the perforation acidizing and testing combined technology. The success rate of the improved technology has steadily increased. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, it has been applied in over 111 well tests, with a 100% process success rate and an average oil testing cycle reduced by 26%, achieving remarkable results.
