Research and Application of Wellbore Reconstruction Completion Technology for Solid Expandable Tubular
摘要
This paper addresses the issue of how to achieve volume fracturing in wellbores with casing leaks. It proposes to use solid expandable tubulars to the leaking sections and reconstruct the wellbore in the leaking sections, realizing the repeated volume fracturing and reconstruction of old wells, and improving the recovery rate. The of solid expandable tubular materials and the design of expansion cone parameters play a decisive role in the successful implementation of this technology. In this paper, the selection of materials solid expandable tubulars, the optimization design of expansion cone parameters, and the study of the compression amount of rubber rings are carried out, and the indoor experimental evaluation is. The results show that the solid expandable tubular can withstand an internal pressure of 90 MPa without leakage after expansion, and the suspension force is at least 90 kN, achieving the purpose of plugging. The research results in this paper provide a new idea and research direction for the plugging and reconstruction of wellres in developed old wells by using solid expandable tubulars, and realize the repeated volume fracturing and reconstruction.
