The commercial oil flow Standard plate is an important basis for achieving rapid economic evaluation of single wells. The article analyzes the limitations of the current method for establishing commercial oil flow in a single well of a type of reservoir, and further clarifies the necessity for improvement. According to the enterprise standard Q/SY01180-2020 of China National Petroleum Corporation Based on the specific method for establishing the commercial oil flow of a single well in the “Guideline for evaluation of petroleum economical ultimate recovery”, this paper fully considers the calculation of unit development well engineering investment, necessary ground engineering investment, operating cost, life cycle, annual decline rate, and stable production period of a single well commercial oil flow in a type of reservoir with multiple blocks. Taking low-permeability reservoirs in the Kailu Basin around the Liaohe Oilfieldas an example, the calculation method and the basis for the values of each calculation parameter are discussed in detail.
