Experimental Study on Impact Penetration Characteristics of Impact Sampler Based on Soft Clay Formation
摘要
With the continuous progress of impact sampling technology, the accuracy of engineering quality control and evaluation and the rigor of geological exploration and investigation have been paid more and more attention. The impact sampling method is widely used in environmental monitoring, sediment sampling, natural gas hydrate research and other fields due to its advantages of high sampling efficiency, high sampling rate and small sampling disturbance. However, the current use of impact samplers still has the problem that the research on impact penetration characteristics is not deep enough. In this paper, aiming at the above problems, the impact sampler penetration experiment is carried out on the soft clay layer with similar physical properties to the natural gas hydrate reservoir. The footage, impact force and sampling length of the sampler under various impact drilling parameters are analyzed in depth, and the sampling parameters are evaluated, so as to obtain the impact penetration characteristics of the sampler. The research results of this paper have important theoretical guiding significance and engineering application value for the design, development and application of impact sampler and the improvement of sampling performance.
