Remote Measurement and Control Technology for Oil and Gas Well Perforation
摘要
The CNC perforating machine only has the function of single machine construction, and the construction data cannot be transmitted to the well site through the network, which makes it impossible for one operating engineer to remotely control multiple CNC machines, resulting in low efficiency in utilizing the professional skills of the operating engineer. By overcoming key technologies such as wireless secure transmission technology for perforation data, remote digital potential adjustment control technology, and automatic recognition technology for measured CCL marking peaks, a remote CNC instrument and operating system have been successfully developed, enabling measurement and control personnel to remotely control multiple perforation remote surface instruments for measurement, positioning, ignition, and detonation of perforating devices. This technology has accumulated 221 remote measurement and control constructions, and has been tested in 172 conventional development wells, achieving remote measurement, control, ignition, and detonation of CCL positioning construction for oil pipe perforation and cable perforation; 49 well tests were conducted in the Gulong shale oil block, and remote supervision and construction curve feedback were successfully carried out with a data delay time of less than 150 ms. The successful research and application of this technology has filled the international gap and is a revolutionary progress in perforation technology, which is of great significance to the development of the perforation industry.
