Optimization Method for Intermittent Pumping of Mechanically Pumped Wells Under Fluctuating Energy Supply Constraints
摘要
Regarding the determination of the reasonable working system for inter-well pumping, without considering the energy supply constraints, it is mainly determined by the restoration of the dynamic liquid surface and the IPR situation of the oil well. The aim is to keep the downhole pump at a reasonable sinking degree during the production stage of the oil well. However, after the intervention of fluctuating energy supply from new energy sources, the consumption of green electricity and the comprehensive production benefits need to be comprehensively considered. The optimization method of well pumping between mechanical mining Wells under the constraint of fluctuating energy supply of photovoltaic green electricity mainly achieves the goals of the highest overall production of the block, lower power consumption and higher green electricity consumption rate by intelligently planning the start-stop status and duration of the overall pumping units in the block. Based on the data such as the recovery rate of the dynamic liquid surface of the oil well, the height of the dynamic liquid surface and the energy consumption curve, the simulation operation program of the oil well is constructed and the corresponding production process information is output. The start-up value of the oil well is defined through the liquid production capacity and energy consumption information of the oil well. The optimal start-up planning problem of 40 Wells is transformed into the problem of maximizing the value of the 0–1 backpack, achieving under the constraint of the total electricity quantity. How to select different well starts to maximize the value of the backpack? The hourly optimal start-stop state of the oil well within 24 h is solved based on the discrete particle swarm solution method. The simulation experiment results show that through the optimization program, the start-stop state of the oil well has been optimized from the original fixed intermittent pumping to segmented intermittent pumping. At the same time, the total start-up time of a single well has also been planned based on the differentiated production status of restoring the dynamic liquid surface of the oil well, changing the traditional intermittent pumping system. On the basis of slightly increasing the total output, the proportion of green electricity consumption has been significantly increased, achieving the full consumption of green electricity. The stability of State Grid power supply has been improved.
