摘要

The aim of this paper is to immediately identify anomalies in various drilling professional data, detect and correct erroneous data to make them conform to well situations and database standards, and meet the governance concept of “treat all that should be treated”. In order to thoroughly solve the data error problems, we have comprehensively analyzed all kinds of data provided by each drilling company in the past years, determined the authoritative source documents, basic data tables and core data correlation relationships, and formed the systematic data classification and the calculation rules of classified data items (fields), and at the same time, we adopt and pay more attention to the feedback of data application from various departments, further sort out and optimize the system flow and functions of the modules, and finally develop the Drilling Professional Data Repair System. The three cases involve typical applications, result analysis from shallow to deep, fully demonstrate that the DPD repair system not only recognizes and corrects regular DPD tables, but also recognizes and labels data in original files. The forming repaired data tables are saved in the same way as the standard data tables, which is very convenient for later retrieve. In addition, newer and more functions and modules have been developed and is a great help in drilling data governance, remediation, collection and standardization, etc. The DPD Repair System has proven that it’s really robust and fast in operation, and also reasonable and efficient in quality, worthy of promotion and continuous development. At present, the DPD Repair System has been integrated into the Tarim Oilfield Engineering and Technology Data Governance System, and the whole work enriches the information of Tarim Oilfield Engineering & Technology Data Lake or Data Bank.
