Emotional Adjustment and Stress Management in Leadership Contexts In the modern world that is characterized by increased competition and challenge in the workplace, leadership goes beyond skills, education and even strategic thinking. A lot of psychological identification is needed in managing oneself in order to face these difficulties and also in managing oneself and motivating the other people around. To the leader, the adaptability embraces the element of maintaining order during emergencies and most importantly introduce and embrace the new forms of acceptable and healthy behavior around the workplace. Stress management on the other hand a assures that leaders are able to handle expectations in terms of many factors coming with leadership without causing harm to their wellbeing or their ability to make sound decisions.
