Exploring the Relationship Between Social Media Use and Learning Outcome of Management Students
摘要
This chapter examines the impact of social media on learning outcomes among management students, emphasizing the complexity of this relationship. Social media can enhance learning through information dissemination, peer engagement, and professional networking, but it also introduces challenges such as distraction and reduced academic performance. Platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and online forums offer structured opportunities for collaboration and skill-building, whereas unregulated use can lead to lower productivity and poorer outcomes. This chapter provides practical guidelines for integrating social media tools into management education strategically, enabling educators and policymakers to harness its benefits while mitigating risks.
