STEM education is primarily based on integrated teaching, providing students opportunities to mobilize and synthesize knowledge and skills across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to develop qualities and competencies and effectively solve real-life problems. When implementing STEM education, it’s encouraged to integrate artistic and humanitarian elements (Art) in specific subjects or educational activities within the curriculum, aiming to expand and enhance the effectiveness of practical education and collaboration in various ways to promote students’ creativity, aesthetics, curiosity, and empathy (STEAM education).
