摘要

The convergence of artificial intelligence and nanotechnologies represents a major driving force in the development of smart healthcare systems, particularly in the field of real-time health status monitoring. This chapter presents a bibliometric study aimed at mapping the evolution, intellectual structure, and emerging themes of research focusing on AI–nano strategies applied to healthcare. A corpus of 113 articles published between 2014 and 2025 was retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using the Bibliometrix package in RStudio. The findings show a steady increase in scientific output organized around key conceptual pillars like nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, and human-centered applications. Keyword analysis, thematic trends, and co-occurrence network analysis reveal a strong orientation toward the development of nano-integrated devices, biosensing techniques, personalized medicine, and connected healthcare systems. These findings provide a comprehensive and structured overview of the field, enabling the identification of both consolidated research axes and emerging directions likely to shape the future of intelligent monitoring and healthcare systems.
