Smart Nanotechnology for Medical Diagnostics

摘要

Medical diagnostics is transforming with smart nanotechnology, which makes detection methods quicker, more precise, and less invasive. While the development of new nanomaterials has advanced significantly, the conversion of these advancements into useful, clinically usable diagnostic instruments has received less attention. This chapter attempts to highlight new advances in smart nanotechnology and investigate how these cutting-edge technologies improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and dependability of contemporary diagnostic processes. A qualitative research approach separates various smart nanoparticle technologies and prompts nanodevices and nanodetection systems to monitor cancer and infectious diseases alongside metabolic issues. The combination of speedy biological detection reactions with specific and sensitive properties results in lower testing errors and shortened test durations. Nanomaterials enable on-site diagnostic tests at either urban or remote sites due to their small programmable design that allows real-time analysis and mobility. The implementation of smart nanotechnology platforms in healthcare organizations with limited resources shows the potential to enhance therapeutic results while transforming regular testing procedures. Engineers must work together with medical staff and business partners to further strengthen safe and affordable nanotechnology applications in healthcare facilities.
