Voltage Analysis Characteristics Based on Electric Field Sensor Measurements

Abnormal power frequency voltage is one of the main causes of insulation failure in electrical equipment, directly impacting the stability and safety of power grid operations. This paper proposes a voltage feature extraction method based on MEMS sensors that can rapidly extract five key features: breakdown voltage, number of breakdowns, peak value, steepness, and integral value, with an extraction accuracy of 94.4%. This paper also establishes a voltage risk assessment method based on integral and peak values. This research provides theoretical support for the design of identification algorithms and threshold criteria in highly reliable wearable electric field sensors, and provides a data foundation for insulation monitoring and intelligent early warning systems.
