Petrochemical Intelligent Training System Based on Internet of Things Technology

The chemical industry is constantly developing towards high quality, high efficiency, and high safety. However, the traditional training mode can no longer meet the demand for talents in the modern chemical industry. Based on advanced Internet of Things technology, this article has developed an intelligent training system to achieve intelligent detection and control functions. The on-site control detection unit and software platform, in a set network environment, obtain key data of the training personnel’s operation process in real time to complete information processing and operation specification evaluation. To achieve automatic detection and uploading of actions for training operators, solving the problems of energy consumption, single mode, and low efficiency in traditional training systems.
