Optimizing IOL Power Calculation in Glaucoma: Challenges and Strategies for Precision Surgery
摘要
Cataract surgery is one of the most frequently performed eye surgeries and of the various methods of surgical approaches in glaucoma patients with cataracts, particularly those diagnosed with lens-induced glaucoma or primary angle-closure glaucoma. Cataract surgery in glaucoma patients enhances visual acuity and reduces intraocular pressure (IOP), whether performed independently or in conjunction with glaucoma surgeries like trabeculectomy or microinvasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) [1, 2].
