摘要

Biometry is a critical step in modern cataract and refractive surgery. Biometry for cataract surgery typically includes measuring axial length (AL), keratometry (K), anterior chamber depth (ACD), lens thickness (LT), and cornea diameter (WTW). These measurements feed into the IOL calculator/formulae that we needed for emetropia or another desired refraction. In high-volume cataract center, performing this examination accurately is important because of the large number of patients and often limited opportunities for postoperative refinements [1].
