Introduction A small percentage of individuals in our society enjoy good physical health from an early age. For a viable society, children’s and teenagers’ health is a critical aspect. The physiological status correlation of the community is highlighted in this area. During puberty and adolescence, changes in height and other physical parameters occur with age. Additionally, growth may be influenced by the environment, different geographical regions. Aim and Objective In this study focus on the people’s state of health, nutrition, physiological status which is reflected in the growth pattern with age, gender, height, and weight. Methods: This study included 230 adolescent students in the age group between 12 and below 18 years. Various growth-related parameters were assessed using an anthropometric rod and weighing scale. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS version 20, BMI and p-values calculated through performing a t-test at a 0.05 level of significance. Results and Discussion All the parameter was found to be increasing with age, and it was more evidenced between 16 and 17 years of age. It is interestingly notified that all those developing parameters were found to be more among urban students compared to their rural counterparts. Conclusions This study indicates that importance of nutrition in growth. It was substantiated by the increasing percentile values with age of the CDC and IAP. This study will enlighten the students and their parents toward the physiological growth, health, and its importance.
