Cystic Tumors of the Pancreas
摘要
Cystic neoplasms make up 10% of all pancreatic cystic lesions and 1% of all pancreatic neoplasms. SCN, MCN, IPMN, and SPEN are the most common cystic neoplasms of the pancreas. Cyst size, thickened cyst wall, contrast-enhancing mural nodule, MPD dilatation, abrupt change in pancreatic duct size, lymphadenopathy, enlarging cyst or mural nodule, acute pancreatitis, recent onset diabetes, raised serum CA 19-9, and positive cytology are essential considerations for surgical treatment.
