摘要

Pseudocyst and WOPN are sequelae of interstitial pancreatitis and necrotizing pancreatitis, respectively. Intervention is recommended only when symptoms persist or there is evidence of infection. Delayed intervention after 4–6 weeks has a better outcome than early intervention. A step-up approach with less invasive measures like PCD, followed by endoscopic, MIS, or VARN, is the current gold standard of treatment.
