Chronic Cholecystitis and Its Complications
摘要
Cholecysto-duodenal fistula is the most common type of cholecystoenteric fistula (CEF). Mirizzi syndrome is defined as bile duct obstruction by impaction or erosion of stone/s in Hartman’s pouch or cystic duct. Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis is a complication of longstanding cholelithiasis that closely mimics gallbladder cancer—clinically, radiologically, and during surgery.
