Cholelithiasis
摘要
More than two-thirds of GS cases are asymptomatic when first detected. During follow-up, approximately 10–25% develop symptoms over the next 5–15 years. About 10–20% of all patients with GS are likely to develop acute cholecystitis, accounting for 1–2% of all symptomatic cases. Diagnosis of acute cholecystitis is based on clinical evaluation, laboratory tests, and imaging. The US is the primary imaging test for diagnosis. More advanced imaging, such as a CT scan or an MRI, is necessary to identify complications.
