摘要

Neoplastic cysts are classified as benign and malignant mucinous neoplasms and intraductal papillary neoplasms. Simple cysts may cause symptoms due to their large size and require decompression if symptomatic. Neoplastic cysts are treated with resection because of their malignant potential. Metastatic tumors of the liver are classified into metastasis from colorectal cancer (CRLM), neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), and non-colorectal non-neuroendocrine tumors (NCNNETs). Contrast-enhanced CT scan is the diagnostic imaging of choice. CRLM, when resectable, offers good long-term survival.
