Surgical Anatomy of the Liver
摘要
The liver is divided into two lobes by Cantlie’s line, which runs from the IVC to the GB fossa. The right lobe is further subdivided into anterior and posterior sectors (segments), comprising segments (V and VIII) and (VI and VII), respectively. The left lobe is subdivided into lateral (segments II and III) and medial (segment IV) sectors. The right anterior pedicle is vertical, whereas the posterior pedicle is horizontally oriented. The right, left, and middle hepatic veins drain into the IVC and lie in the intersectoral planes. The portal vein and bile duct have variable dispositions at the hepatic hilum. The hepatic artery has a variable origin, but the liver receives a robust arterial supply through a well-developed collateral circulation.
