摘要

Configuring a regenerative steam turbine can improve the thermal efficiency of the Rankine cycle, but it also complicates the system’s dynamic characteristics. To study the impact of condensate pump trip accidents on the stable operation of the double-reheat system, this paper simulates the system’s safe operation time after a failure. It examines the impact of the backup condensate pump startup time and operation mode on the turbine power and deaerator pressure. The results indicate that the safe operation time of the system is 55 s, provided that the deaerator water level and pressure remain within their respective limits. Reducing the startup time of the backup pump and operating the system with a constant deaerator water level can reduce fluctuations in turbine power. These findings underscore the critical importance of optimizing the backup pump’s response time and operational settings to reduce system disturbances after a fault occurs, providing valuable insights for enhancing the operational reliability of power plants under fault conditions.
