The Application of Digital Technology on the Green Finance Industry

As environmental issues have been more and more severe, ecological protection and sustainable development have become a global consensus. Green transformation of all industries to achieve the world’s goal of ‘zero carbon emission’ has become an important means to protect environment and keep sustainable economic development. As a lubricant and accelerator for industrial green reform trillions of green investment will be required over the next 30 years. Meanwhile, the recent rapid development of digital technology seems a new engine for green finance development. Under such background, this paper aims to explore a path to promote the low-carbon emission reform and development of the industrial green transformation. The project also adheres to the use of digital technology to upgrade the green finance industry. It aims to study the development of the green finance industry empowered by digital technology to deepen and precisely enhance the current green supply side.
