A Vibration Signal Model of Planetary Gearbox and Research on Optimization Method of Parameter Identification
摘要
When performing parameter identification on the planetary gear vibration signal model, it is necessary to consider the influence of amplitude modulation and frequency modulation on vibration to improve the effectiveness of the model. However, the interference of the original signal noise and the nonlinear coupling of multiple parameters will increase the difficulty of parameter identification, and the final planetary gearbox simulation signal is often easily distorted. This paper proposes a nonlinear least squares parameter identification optimization method based on the planetary gearbox signal model and conducts experimental verification to ensure the availability of simulation signals. The experimental results show that the simulation signal generated by this method is consistent with the experimental signal in characteristic frequency, which can provide strong support for the subsequent research on fault diagnosis and life prediction methods of planetary gearboxes.
