Development and Application of Portable Fault Diagnosis Instrument for Traction Elevator Driving Machine

The accurate fault diagnosis for traction elevator driving machine is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the elevators, however there are few convenient and efficient fault diagnosis instruments at present. Based on the theory of fault diagnosis and the method of artificial intelligence fault diagnosis, this paper develops a portable fault diagnosis instrument for traction elevator driving machine, and focuses on the establishment of the model, the design of hardware and software and the related experimental research. The application of the instrument in the fault diagnosis of traction elevator driving machine in-service shows that the instrument is easy to carry, easy to use, convenient to measure and have high accuracy. The instrument can be widely used in elevator inspection, detection, maintenance, safety assessment and other occasions, which can improves the efficiency and ability of inspection and detection.
