Rheumatic Diseases in Jordan

Over the past decade, rheumatology care in Jordan has significantly improved due to a rise in the number of rheumatologists and better access to advanced diagnostics and treatments. In this chapter, we review the health status and history of rheumatology care in Jordan, including statistics, infrastructure, workforce, and outcomes. We also explore the challenges faced and provide suggestions to enhance rheumatology management in Jordan.
