From Innovation to Inclusion: AI Integration in Business Education and Policy Implications across Three Continents
摘要
The rate and intensity of AI adoption differ vastly around the world depending on infrastructure, faculty preparedness, policy climates, and institutional strategies. These differences are examined in this study through a comparative framework with the United States, Europe, and India as the three regions representing three levels of AI maturity in higher education. The goal is to comprehend how business schools are embracing AI around the world, the drivers of this initiative, and evaluate pedagogical and strategic ramifications. Methodologically, the study is based on a secondary data analysis comparative and exploratory study design. Quantitative and qualitative data were gathered from academic journals, institutional reports, and government reports. Descriptive and comparative analysis was used to establish regional patterns, differences, and strategic opportunities. Study emphasizes the need for context-relevant strategies for inclusive, ethical, and scalable AI embedding. It calls for collaborative policy-making, infrastructure investment, and faculty development to make business education more equitable and future-proofed internationally.
