摘要

The research investigates how Blue Ocean Strategy dimensions help achieve competitive advantage through the perspective of Indian private higher education faculty members. The research employed a case study design to analyze 100 faculty members from different academic departments through simple random sampling. The research collected quantitative data about BOS dimensions through a structured questionnaire as its main data collection instrument. The study shows that the core elements of Blue Ocean Strategy including value innovation and differentiation and the ERRC framework are currently used in the institutional strategy. The research data shows that BOS dimensions create a statistically significant positive impact on the university’s sustainable competitive advantage. The study provides actionable recommendations to implement Blue Ocean Strategy in academic planning while establishing incentive programs for faculty members and building departmental partnerships to achieve strategic agility and long-term competitiveness.
