SmartEd-AI: A Novel Framework for AI-Integrated Business Education and Data-Driven Learning

The advent of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics will progressively change current teaching-learning paradigms in business education and offer tailored, intelligent, interactive learning environments. This study presents the SmartEd-AI Framework, a new multi-dimensional model for improving business education with AI-supported content delivery, learning analytics and adaptive pedagogy. The SmartEd-AI Framework incorporates theoretical basis such as pedagogical innovation and the Technology Acceptance Model frameworks and identifies the association between technology readiness, perceived usefulness, user engagement and curriculum responsiveness. Primary data was collected from learners enrolled in AI-integrated business programs employing a structured questionnaire instrument building on a five-point Likert scale. Using structural equation modelling (SEM) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the study evaluated the constructs and confirmed hypothesized relationships. Analysis of the findings supports the SmartEd-AI Framework and suggested that AI-enabled personalization and real-time learning analytics positively impact learner satisfaction and learning outcomes. This study provides practitioners with useful implications for transforming business education through AI and creates a basis for future research into smart education systems.
