The Three Core Competence Strategies
摘要
In this chapter translates the conceptual logic of ADX into an organizational capability framework called the Three Core Competence Strategies. Drawing on insights from AMT research, this chapter argues that digital transformation outcomes depend on how firms integrate three key competence domains: technological competence, market competence, and linkage competence. Technological competence encompasses engineering knowledge, manufacturing capability, and the ability to implement complex systems. Market competence represents the firm’s ability to interpret evolving customer needs and translate them into product and service innovations. Linkage competence refers to the organizational capacity to coordinate knowledge across functional and organizational boundaries. This chapter further argues that manufacturing capability should be understood as an operational expression of technological competence rather than a separate domain. In the AI era, where analytical tools are widely accessible, competitive advantage increasingly depends on how organizations integrate human expertise with digital intelligence. The Three Core Competence Strategies therefore provide the microfoundations through which ADX operates in practice.
