摘要

This chapter concludes the book by synthesizing the theoretical and empirical insights developed throughout the study and by outlining the future trajectory of Analog–Digital Transformation (ADX). While digital transformation has often been framed as a technology-driven process centered on artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital platforms, this chapter argues that sustainable transformation depends on the integration of digital technologies with analog organizational capabilities. Drawing on the cases and frameworks presented in earlier chapters, the chapter demonstrates that successful transformation emerges when digital infrastructures amplify existing strengths in engineering expertise, operational routines, and collaborative problem-solving. The ADX framework therefore reconceptualizes digital transformation as a capability development process rather than a simple technology adoption strategy. Looking forward, the chapter discusses how emerging technologies such as AI, digital ecosystems, and intelligent manufacturing systems will reshape industrial strategy. It concludes that the future competitiveness of manufacturing firms will depend on their ability to design organizations where human expertise and digital intelligence evolve together.
