摘要
In this chapter, Alastair looks at some of the issues that could be seen as holding back Japanese companies, although some might see them as a positive. These issues include challenges ranging from slow, opaque, and risk-averse decision-making to what seems to be a mistrust of outsiders and a job rotation system that can result in inappropriate appointments.
