A party may apply to the intermediate people’s court in the place where the arbitration institution is located for setting aside an arbitral award if they can provide evidence that proves the arbitral award involves one of the following circumstances:The people’s court shall rule to set aside the arbitral award if, upon examination by a collegial panel, the award is verified to involve any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph.
