A Study on Torque Ripple Suppression Strategies for Servo Motors Based on Asymmetric Rotor Structures
摘要
Servo machines are crucial for industrial system stability. High torque ripple can cause system vibrations, noise and affect production line stability. This study analyzed the machine’s cogging torque, permanent magnet torque, and reluctance torque. An optimized asymmetric rotor structure was proposed to reduce torque ripple. The research compared torque performance in continuous, discontinuous and hybrid asymmetric magnetic barrier structures, identifying the most effective design. Finite element calculations were used to compare the optimized structure with the traditional one in terms of torque performance. The results demonstrate that the optimized structure can effectively reduce torque ripple and enhance electromagnetic performance.
