摘要

As the scale of inter-provincial power medium- and long-term transactions continues to grow, it is necessary to establish constraints on inter-provincial medium- and long-term transaction market prices to standardize market operations and safeguard the interests of all market participants. To this end, this paper proposes an inter-provincial power medium- and long-term centralized transaction clearing optimization model that incorporates multiple price constraints. First, based on current policy requirements and the practice of inter-provincial power medium- and long-term transactions, a price limit method for inter-provincial power medium- and long-term centralized transactions is proposed. Considering the coupled relationships among different stages such as bidding, clearing, and settlement, a multi-stage combined price limit model for market transactions is proposed. Based on this, a clearing model for inter-provincial medium- and long-term centralized transactions that considers multi-stage price limit constraints is constructed, taking into account the interests of different market participants. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed price-capping model is validated through case studies, and the impact of different price-capping schemes on clearing results is clarified, providing decision-making basis for the scientific formulation of price-capping strategies for inter-provincial medium- and long-term power transactions.
