Methods and Applications of Risk Analysis for Power Communication System

The power communication system is the core support for the safe and stable operation of the power system, and the comprehensiveness and accuracy of its risk analysis directly affect the reliability of the power system. This paper proposes a risk analysis system for power communication systems, which includes five aspects of system ontology security analysis: network/equipment redundancy analysis, system stability analysis, equipment operation analysis, service reliability analysis, and network security analysis, as well as three key links: operation control analysis, external risk analysis, and operation management analysis, forming a comprehensive risk identification framework for communication systems. Through the case study of operational risk analysis of substation communication power supplies, the risk analysis process is elaborated in detail. Targeted risk prevention and control measures for improving system ontology security and strengthening control over key links are formulated. This provides a systematic method for risk analysis of power communication systems, helps to enhance the comprehensiveness and efficiency of risk identification and management.
