摘要

Robotic spine surgery has rapidly evolved into one of the most transformative developments in modern neurosurgery. As the complexity of spinal anatomy and the need for sub-millimeter precision have grown, traditional manual techniques have shown limitations in consistency, safety, and long-term outcomes. Robotic assistance bridges these gaps by enabling real-time navigation, three-dimensional trajectory planning, and unprecedented accuracy in screw placement—even in the most anatomically challenging regions such as the cervical spine or sacropelvic junction.
