Clinical Application of Robotics for Lumbar Spine Surgery
摘要
Robotic-assisted spine surgery represents a significant advancement in precision, safety and minimally invasive surgical technique. This evolution from traditional fluoroscopy-guided freehand instrumentation to the use of robots was driven by the quest for reducing complications, improving accuracy and minimising radiation exposure. Over the past two decades, advancements in robotic systems have expanded from pedicle screw placement to complex spinal deformity correction.
