MIS-TLIF has transformed the landscape of spinal fusion surgery, providing a viable alternative to traditional open procedures. It has gained widespread adoption due to its ability to minimize tissue disruption, reduce postoperative pain, and enable faster rehabilitation [1]. Despite these advantages, the use of MIS-TLIF in challenging cases—such as those involving anatomical anomalies, prior surgical interventions, or systemic patient health issues—presents a unique set of difficulties [2].
