PETLIF: Percutaneous Endoscopic Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion
摘要
Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (PETLIF) is a novel minimally invasive technique for treating degenerative lumbar disorders. By navigating through Kambin’s triangle, this procedure achieves indirect decompression while preserving the facet joints. A cornerstone of PETLIF is the use of specialized oval and semi-oval sleeves that facilitate the safe and controlled expansion of the intervertebral height through Kambin’s triangle. This technique represents a promising evolution in spinal surgery, offering excellent clinical outcomes and minimal tissue disruption.
