Research on the Electric Heating Performance and High-Temperature Deformation of Electric Heating Alloys Based on COMSOL
摘要
This paper adopts a method combining finite element simulation and experimental verification to study the electric heating characteristics and high-temperature deformation mechanism of electrothermal alloys in different heating media. The research results show that the electric heating characteristics of electrothermal alloys in different heating media are significantly different. The electric heating characteristics in air are the best, followed by steam, and the worst in water. There is a direct relationship with the physical parameters of the heating medium. Due to the cumulative effect of Joule heat, the distribution of thermal stress in the alloy shows that the thermal stress at the end is greater than that in the rest parts, resulting in the most severe high-temperature deformation at the end of the alloy. Experimental results show that the damaged position of the alloy mostly occurs at the end, which is consistent with the simulation results.
